CNC Milling

CNC milling is a cutting technique based on the rotary motion of a multi-cutting tool, driven by a CNC machine. Ideal for foam inlays with asymmetrical shapes or high complexity such as holes, slots, pockets, grooves or 3D profiles.

Waterjet Cutting

Waterjet cutting is a technology based on a high-pressure water jet capable of cutting numerous types of material. It is particularly suitable for creating complex foam interiors, with different levels and multiple depths.

Die Cutting

Die cutting is a process where you use a machine to mass-produce custom foams. Using a force of 80 tons this machine cuts out a foam shape by stamping it out in one swift downward motion. It saves time and makes your cut-out shapes look professional. It is a very cost-effective solution when quantities are high and the inlays very simple.

Laser

This technique allows for more possibilities to customize foam interiors with graphic elements, patterns and logos.

Gluing

Manual and automated gluing with mechanical robots to fix foam interiors and accessories inside boxes and cases. The man-machine combination guarantees high performance and accurate quality controls.
